About The Repasy and Stekli Families
Please sign in to see more.
This Family Tree has been posted for the information and enjoyment of the Repasy & Stekli extended families. It is a work in progress and we welcome your input. Please sign the guest book before you leave.

The Stekli family came to North America from Turterebes Hungary which is now Turulung Romania.

The Repasy family lived Vajkoc Hungary. Vajkoc Hungary became Vajkovce, Czechoslovakia on June 4, 1920 when the Treaty of Trianon was signed and Austria, Hungary, and Czechoslovakia were formed. It is presently Vajkovce, Slovakia. The small town is located in southeastern Slovakia near the Ukrainian border.

Through DNA we have discovered that Antal Repasy was born Anton Repar in Gora 1, Cohovo, Cerknica, Slovenia. He left his family at a young age to go to Hungary. Happily we have ben able to connect with some of the descendants of the Repar Family.
